Crypto received via blockchain network requires confirmation and the confirmation speed depends on how much your sender is willing to pay for the network fee. Therefore, your balance will be updated as soon as the first confirmation is received for the transaction.

When will I get the Rake race leaderboard payment?

Congratulations if you secure a place in the Rake Race Leaderboard. Rake Race payment will be added within 24 hours after the race ends.

Why can't I sign in to my account?

If you can't sign in, first, make sure your CAPS lock is not on and there are no spaces before or after your login details. You can Clear your cache and cookies to prevent this from happening.

If you still cannot sign in to your account, try resetting your password through our Forget Password link. You can find it at the bottom of the login window.

How do I deposit or withdraw using a Player Transfer?

You can deposit and withdraw using player-to-player transfers by follewingthese steps:

  1. Go to our discord trade chat - https://discord.gg/HDsdH748.
  2. Post a message to players who are willing to Buy/Sell Rounder Balance.
  3. Buy/ Sell Rounder Balance (If needed, ask a support member as a middleman).

How do I clear my Cache?

If you're having difficulty viewing Rounder Casino or Loading your account, you may need to clear your browser's cache. Also, consider clearing the browser's cache if you're using a shared computer and want privacy. Find the internet browser you use from the list below and follow the steps to clear the cache.

  1. Click the menu icon at the upper right corner of the browser (three horizontal lines).
  2. Click 'Settings' at the bottom of the menu.
  3. Click 'Show advanced settings'
  4. Scroll to the privacy section and click 'Clear browsing data'
  5. Select 'Empty the cache'
  6. You can uncheck all other options if you would like to avoid deleting saved passwords, cookies, and other things you may wish to retain.
  7. Obliterate the following items from the beginning of time.
  8. Click 'Clear browsing data' and your computer will clear the cache. This may take a few minutes.

After I deposit, When will my funds be available? (cryptocurrency)

Your funds are posted to your Rounder Casino balance on 0 confirmations; however, it could take longer based on the network fee (Mining fees) chosen in your wallet. Choosing regular or economic fees may cause a delay in posting your funds.

If the funds aren't posted after one confirmation, the transaction will need a minimum of 6 confirmations for it to be credited due to congestion on the network delaying your deposit.

If your deposit has not been posted after several confirmations, contact Customer Service and we'd be happy to look into it.

How much is the rake?

Rake is 5% capped at 5 USDT except for high stakes which caps at 6 USDT. Most rake is returned to players in the form of our Rake Race and Rakeback promotions
